TalentBoard is looking for a proactive School Caretaker / Site Manager to ensure the school environment is safe, secure, and well-maintained. This role is essential in creating an inviting atmosphere for students and staff alike.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily maintenance and security of the school premises.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the site is safe and clean.

• Manage repairs and maintenance tasks, and coordinate with external contractors when necessary.

• Support the school during events and activities as required.

• Uphold safeguarding responsibilities by promoting the welfare of children and young people, and ensuring all actions align with school policies on child protection and safety.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role is ideal, but applicants from maintenance, engineering, or trade backgrounds are also welcome.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
