What You’ll Do:

• Support teachers in delivering inclusive, engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs.

• Help pupils with SEND participate fully in classroom activities and make meaningful progress.

• Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a nurturing, structured learning environment.

• Assist with age-appropriate developmental activities and personal care when needed.

• Collaborate with staff and families to monitor and support pupil development.

• Prepare learning resources and uphold safeguarding policies at all times.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience with SEND is desirable but not essential.

• Applicants from care, support work, youth mentoring, or similar backgrounds are encouraged.

• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping children thrive.

• Knowledge of inclusive education and SEND strategies is a bonus.

• Empathetic, patient, and proactive team players.
