TalentBoard is seeking a passionate and creative Art Teacher to join a successful secondary school on the Wirral for a full-time cover position from as soon as possible until Christmas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Art lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, planning engaging learning experiences, assessing student progress, and maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement. You will inspire students to explore their creativity while supporting them to develop confidence and practical artistic skills.

 

The Ideal Candidate

 

• Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.

• Has experience teaching Art within a secondary school setting.

• Can deliver engaging and well-structured lessons.

• Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management.

• Builds positive relationships with students and colleagues.

• Is committed to helping all learners achieve their potential.
