We’re looking for individuals who can bring energy, empathy, and resilience to the classroom—supporting pupils with a variety of needs including autism, SEMH, and behavioural challenges.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting pupils on a one-to-one or small group basis in both mainstream and specialist school environments.

• Assisting with the delivery of tailored learning activities and behaviour support strategies.

• Encouraging pupil engagement and promoting a positive learning experience.

• Working closely with teaching staff and external professionals to ensure consistent support.

• Upholding safeguarding responsibilities by promoting the welfare of children and young people, and ensuring all actions align with school policies on child protection and safety.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people with SEND (this can include youth work, care, or similar roles).

• A calm, patient, and adaptable approach to working with diverse needs.

• Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset.

• Relevant qualifications are a bonus but not essential—we value experience and attitude.
