⭐ What We’re Looking For

 

To join TalentBoard as a Primary Teacher, you must:

• Hold QTS (applications without QTS cannot be considered)

• Have teaching experience in EYFS, KS1 or KS2 — ECTs are welcome

• Demonstrate strong classroom practice, curriculum knowledge and behaviour management

• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with staff, families and leadership

• Show adaptability, enthusiasm and commitment to high‑quality teaching

• Hold (or be willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS
