TalentBoard is looking for a passionate and confident Primary School Teacher to join our team, supporting schools across Liverpool. The ideal candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status, be highly motivated, and possess a strong understanding of the curriculum. You will be skilled at planning and delivering engaging lessons while building positive relationships with students and staff alike. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of students.

• Educate students in various subjects, promoting critical thinking and creativity.

• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a collaborative educational environment.

• Manage classroom behaviour through positive reinforcement strategies and clear expectations.

• Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning.

• Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience for students.

• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.

• Uphold safeguarding responsibilities by promoting the welfare of children and young people, and ensuring all actions align with school policies on child protection and safety.

 

Requirements

• A degree or PGCE in Primary Education or a related field is essential.

• Proven experience working with children in an educational setting is highly desirable.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with students and parents.

• Demonstrated ability in behaviour management techniques that promote a positive learning environment.

• A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young minds.

• Commitment to continuous professional development and improvement in teaching practices.

All successful applicants will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS check as part of our safeguarding procedures.
