What You’ll Do:

• Provide personal care support when needed, always with dignity and sensitivity.
• Uphold safeguarding standards and promote the welfare of children in line with school policies.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children or adults with SEND is a plus.
• We welcome applicants from non-educational backgrounds such as support work, care, youth mentoring, or coaching.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
• Knowledge of SEND strategies and inclusive education practices is desirable.
• Empathetic, patient, and proactive team players.
