TalentBoard is looking for dedicated Learning Support Workers to join our team and support pupils across the Wirral with a range of needs including autism, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) issues, challenging behaviour, and more. Supporting a range of schools we are able to support with both full and [art-time opportunities.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to pupils with SEND in both mainstream and specialist settings.

• Assist in the development and implementation of individualised education plans.

• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.

• Uphold safeguarding responsibilities by promoting the welfare of children and young people, and ensuring all actions align with school policies on child protection and safety.

 

Requirements:

• Experience working with individuals with SEND (experience outside of education will be considered).

• Relevant qualifications (e.g., psychology degree) are highly desirable.

• A genuine passion for education and supporting pupils with diverse needs.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
