We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Learning Support Worker to join a dedicated team in Anfield. This role involves working closely with students within specialist SEND settings and supporting them in mainstream school units or on a one-to-one basis.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils with additional needs.

• Collaborate with teaching staff to adapt resources and learning activities.

• Foster a supportive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes each child’s individual growth.

• Uphold safeguarding responsibilities by promoting the welfare of children and young people, and ensuring all actions align with school policies on child protection and safety.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children with SEND is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• An understanding of SEND needs and how best to support them.
