To join TalentBoard as a Primary Teacher, you must:

• Hold QTS (applications without QTS cannot be accepted)

• Have experience teaching in EYFS, KS1 or KS2 — placements and ECTs welcome

• Demonstrate solid classroom practice and curriculum understanding

• Communicate effectively and work well as part of a team

• Show commitment to delivering engaging, purposeful learning

• Hold (or be able to obtain) a valid Enhanced DBS
