Your Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant with TalentBoard, you will:

- Provide calm, consistent 1:1 and small-group support to children with a variety of needs.
- Encourage positive behaviour and help create a safe, inclusive classroom environment.

- Follow safeguarding procedures and maintain the highest standards of child protection.
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience supporting children or young people — or transferable experience from care, youth work, support work, nursing, coaching or personal SEND experience.
- An understanding of SEND strategies, communication approaches or behaviour support (desirable but not essential).
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
- The ability to work well as part of a team and use your initiative.
- A genuine commitment to helping every child succeed.
All candidates must either hold an Enhanced DBS check or be willing to obtain one.
