- Uphold safeguarding and child protection standards at all times.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience supporting children, young people, or adults with SEMH or behavioural needs.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Relevant SEND or SEMH training (desirable but not essential).
- Enhanced DBS check required (we can assist with this).
What We Offer

- Access to specialist training and CPD opportunities.
- Ongoing support from a dedicated SEND consultant.
- Flexible full-time and part-time roles across Ellesmere Port schools.
