Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

• Use effective behaviour management strategies

• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback

• Communicate clearly with students, parents, and colleagues

• Collaborate with school staff to support student development

• Participate in ongoing professional development

• Uphold safeguarding responsibilities by promoting the welfare of children and young people, and ensuring all actions align with school policies on child protection and safety

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential

• Degree or PGCE in Primary Education or a related field

• Experience teaching in a primary school setting (placements welcome)

• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• A genuine passion for teaching and helping children succeed
