TalentBoard are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team in Liverpool. You will work in a dynamic educational environment, supporting teachers and helping students achieve their full potential.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and delivery of educational activities.

• Provide tailored support to individual students or small groups, enhancing their learning experience.

• Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers.

• Uphold safeguarding responsibilities by promoting the welfare of children and young people, and ensuring all actions align with school policies on child protection and safety.

Qualifications:

• A Level 3 Qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or a related field is essential.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with children.

• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
