• Track and Support Student Progress: Assess learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback to help pupils thrive.

• Promote Inclusive Education: Ensure every child feels safe, supported, and encouraged to participate.

• Collaborate with School Staff: Work closely with fellow educators to enhance the overall learning experience.

• Engage in Professional Development: Stay current with best practices in education through ongoing training and CPD.

• Uphold safeguarding responsibilities: Promoting the welfare of children and young people, and ensuring all actions align with school policies on child protection and safety.

 

What We’re Looking For:

• A recognised degree or PGCE in Primary Education (or equivalent).

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

• Previous classroom teaching experience is highly desirable.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Effective classroom and behaviour management techniques.

• A genuine passion for teaching and child development.

• A commitment to continuous professional growth.
