Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver creative, curriculum-aligned lessons tailored to diverse learning needs.
Inspire pupils across a range of subjects, encouraging critical thinking and curiosity.
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues through effective communication.
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment using proven behaviour management strategies.
Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to support growth.
Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall learning experience.
Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational best practices.
Uphold safeguarding responsibilities by promoting the welfare of children and young people, and ensuring all actions align with school policies on child protection and safety.
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
A degree or PGCE in Primary Education or a related field.
Experience teaching in a primary school setting is highly desirable.
Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A genuine passion for teaching and child development.
Commitment to inclusive education and continuous improvement.
