Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative, curriculum-aligned lessons tailored to diverse learning needs.

• Inspire pupils across a range of subjects, encouraging critical thinking and curiosity.

• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues through effective communication.

• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment using proven behaviour management strategies.

• Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to support growth.

• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall learning experience.

• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational best practices.

• Uphold safeguarding responsibilities by promoting the welfare of children and young people, and ensuring all actions align with school policies on child protection and safety.

 

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

• A degree or PGCE in Primary Education or a related field.

• Experience teaching in a primary school setting is highly desirable.

• Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• A genuine passion for teaching and child development.

• Commitment to inclusive education and continuous improvement.
