Key Responsibilities:

• Implement tailored support strategies to enhance individual learning experiences.

• Collaborate with teachers to create engaging and adaptive lesson plans.

• Maintain clear communication with parents and educational staff about student progress.

• Uphold safeguarding responsibilities by promoting the welfare of children and young people, and ensuring all actions align with school policies on child protection and safety.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience supporting children with autism is highly valued.

• Relevant qualifications in special education or child development are preferred.
