Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant, SEN TA, Learning Support Assistant, Early Years Practitioner, Behaviour Support Assistant, or have experience in care, support work, youth work or coaching, we'd love to hear from you.

 

 The Role

 

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 and small-group basis

• Assist teachers with learning activities

• Help pupils develop confidence, independence and social skills

• Support children with SEND, including Autism, ADHD and SEMH needs

• Promote positive behaviour and pupil wellbeing

• Create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment

 

We're Looking For

 

• A passion for working with children and young people

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A patient, positive and caring approach

• Experience working with children is desirable but not essential

• Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
