What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver engaging, curriculum-based lessons tailored to diverse learners

• Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment

• Implement effective behaviour management techniques

• Track pupil progress and provide meaningful feedback

• Communicate confidently with pupils, parents, and school staff

• Collaborate with colleagues to support whole-school initiatives

• Engage in ongoing professional development

• Uphold safeguarding responsibilities by promoting the welfare of children and young people, and ensuring all actions align with school policies on child protection and safety.

 

What You’ll Need

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

• A degree or PGCE in Primary Education (or equivalent)

• Classroom experience in a primary setting (placements welcome)

• Strong communication and classroom management skills

• A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and pupil development

• Commitment to professional growth and reflective practice
